SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Proposal Manager is both internal and external facing, responsible for a range of activities from contract edits and drafting, to managing the project proposal process, facilitating submissions with the Estimating Department and delivering the overall Kindred experience.Reporting to the President, the Proposal Manager works closely with Kindred leadership to lead and coordinate a proactive proposal process and deliver a professional, compliant, and competitive proposals.
