This project is a 17,500 SF multi-family building for the Whistler Housing Authority, facilitated through BC Housing. The development includes 20 one-bedroom units, as well as an elevator, parkade and storage facilities.

The design was developed for tenants aged 55 and over and features a mix of unit types and configurations. The materials selected were affordable but premium in quality, with long-term durability and excellent building system performance. This project was completed under a design-build project delivery method.
