This 65,000 SF world-class private equestrian facility is located in the picturesque Pemberton Meadows. The space was designed and constructed with eco-friendly materials, with sustainability goals being second only to those pertaining to the health and safety of the horses. Over 130,000 linear feet of beetle-kill denim pine was used for the interior and exterior finishing.

The facility includes a 15,500 SF main barn with 15 horse stalls, an office, washrooms, laundry, feed and track rooms, a veterinarian's clinic/laboratory, and a farrier room. In addition to the main barn, there is a 30,000 SF pre-engineered steel training centre with an events area, kitchen and washrooms. Ancillary buildings on site include hay barns, an equipment barn, a quarantine barn, as well as various support facilities.
