Tap & Barrel Convention Centre


This tenant improvement involved the conversion of an existing shell space for use as a restaurant, patio, and coffee shop/wine bar.

The restaurant and its amenities include 5,700 SF of finished space, while the two outdoor patios are approximately 3,800 SF in size. The work included alterations, construction and installation of a commercial kitchen and two fully operational bars. New electrical was installed throughout, as well as newly framed walls and doors, interior wall and floor finishes, indoor and outdoor seating, and ten newly plumbed individual stall washrooms.
