Kindred completed four tenant improvement projects around the Lower Mainland for Everything Wine. The Langley project involved outfitting an existing 15,000 SF warehouse into a retail area, a vintage room, washrooms, and the back of house. The River District Project was a 17,000 SF renovation of an existing CRU into a full-service wine shop including a vintage room, tasting bar, and separate retail sections. At the time of its construction, the store was the largest private liquor store in BC.
