This project involved a thorough interior renovation of the 22,750 SF existing showroom, customer waiting area, and staff offices. Kindred completed the work in phases to keep the facility fully operational throughout the project. The scope included a new luxury customer lounge, a modern coffee bar, a merchandise sales area, and premium washrooms. Kindred also installed new tile flooring throughout and installed new electrical distribution. The sales and services were refurbished, complete with custom millwork to match BMW standards.
