A 3,100 SF commercial tenant improvement for the high-performance outdoor clothing and sporting goods company. The store is located in The Vermeer in Kitsilano, a boutique concrete development also constructed by Kindred. This space served as Arc’teryx’s first flagship store in Vancouver and was only the third stand-alone Arc’teryx store in North America at the time it was constructed.
