450 Pacific is a collaborative initiative led by Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society, in partnership with Hogan’s Alley Society, M’akola Development Services, the City of Vancouver, BC Housing, and the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation, to deliver a 6-storey, wood-frame affordable housing development to the Yaletown area in downtown Vancouver.
The project will offer a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom homes, along with one level of underground parking. It will provide 91 social housing units designed to support low to moderate-income families, women, and gender-diverse groups, as well as youth, seniors, and women-led single-parent households from Indigenous, Black, and other equity-deserving communities.
Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society is partnering with Hogan’s Alley Society to prioritize homes for members of the Hogan Alley Society’s community.
Compliant with BC Housing design guidelines and built to BC Step Code 4 standards, this development is grounded in principles of safety, sustainability, and inclusivity, advancing more equitable housing solutions in Vancouver.
